CampusGo

Community guidelines

CampusGo only works if everyone can trust each other. By joining, you agree to these rules.

You're responsible for your deals

CampusGo connects students, but we aren't part of any transaction. Agree the details clearly, check what you're buying, and only pay when you're happy.

Meet in safe, public places

Meet somewhere busy and well-lit, like the Forum, a campus café or the city centre, ideally in daylight. Bring a friend for bigger items or house viewings.

Keep personal details private

Never post your home address, phone number, bank details or student ID in a listing. Keep chats inside CampusGo until you trust someone.

Verify tickets before paying

Never share barcodes or QR codes publicly. Use official transfer methods (e.g. Fixr or the organiser's app) where possible, and don't pay until you can verify the ticket.

Be kind and respectful

No harassment, hate, spam or pressure. Everyone here is a fellow student.

No scams or prohibited items

Fake listings, deposit scams, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, alcohol, prescription medicines, stolen goods and anything illegal are banned. Scammers are removed and may be reported to the university.

Real students only

Accounts are verified with a university email. Don't share your account or impersonate anyone.

Report anything that feels wrong

Every post and profile has a Report button. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our team.

In an emergency, always call 999. For non-urgent concerns about another student, you can also contact your university's student support or security team.
